We recently bought a Fiat Stilo from Thames Croydon. The sale was handled by Lorenzo Fiorentini and the reason for this note is to record the fact that we thought very highly of the way he dealt with us in the course of the negotiation and subsequent completion of the sale. He was most helpful and knew his subject backwards- which is not always the case.

We thought that you might like to know that Mr Florentini did a good job. We shall certainly come back to him again if there is any need to. The car has been much admired and is going splendidly.

I bought a brand new Fiat Panda from you and collected the vehicle today. The price I paid was fantastic and it really is a lovely little car!

The real purpose of this letter is to highlight your employee, Mr. Joe Smith, who I can describe as a true gentleman, great sales person and must be great benefit to your sales team.

I initially rang Fiat Croydon trying to gain some information with regards to the Panda range. Joe was ever so helpful and insisted I come down and have a look. To be totally honest, I had no real intention of buying a Panda, however Joe's enthusiasm for the product really shone through after a real in depth, no pressure look at the vehicle. After a coffee (from Joe) and time to think, I decided the Panda was a real contender. Joe then arranged a test drive for me with a young lad, who I believe started at your Dealership as a work experience student. Throughout the test drive, the seemingly shy fellow highlighted all the functions in the vehicle that I had not noticed. A budding salesman!!

As a result, Joe and I did a deal as soon as I returned.

In an ever competitive market and having had many test drives from lots of different dealers, Joe and the team at Croydon demonstrated that a good old fashioned service & honesty does still exist, backed with a good product and ultimately a sale!

Please pass on my sincere thanks to Joe and the young fellow who took me for a test drive, apologies for not remembering his name!
